About Us

At AchieveAbility Therapy, we provide inclusive, evidence-based therapeutic care to neurodivergent children and young adults aged 2–21. Our services include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech-Language Therapy, and Occupational Therapy. Our collaborative, multidisciplinary team works together to support the whole child across home, school, and community environments.

We’re clinician-led, with over 50 years of combined experience among our leadership team. We understand what it takes to support professionals, which is why we offer structured supervision, career pathways, and training opportunities, including Professional Crisis Management (PCM) and insurance credentialing support.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT)

Locations: Lutz, St. Pete, Wesley Chapel, FL
Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time
Pay Range:

- RBT: $20.00 – $28.00/hour (DOE)

- BT: $18.00
Expected Hours: Minimum 35 hours/week

Schedules:

Full-Time: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Part-Time: 11:30 AM/2:30 PM – 5:00 PM
No Weekends Required

Responsibilities:

- Implement behavior treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect data, maintain daily notes and records
- Comply with all RBT responsibilities as outlined by BACB and insurers

Requirements:

- Active RBT credential in good standing with the BACB, or working toward certification
- Medicaid provider status is a plus, not required

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

Locations: Lutz, Wesley Chapel, St. Petersburg, FL

Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time
Pay Range:

- BCBA: $85,000 – $120,000 annually or $50.00 – $65.00/hour

- BCaBA: $55,000 – $81,000 annually
Expected Hours: 30–35 hours/week

We’re hiring BCBAs and BCaBAs for two population groups:

- Pre-K & Elementary Learners (Ages 2–12)
- Teens & Young Adults (Ages 13–21)

What You’ll Do:

- Manage and supervise behavior intervention plans
- Mentor RBTs and BCaBAs (if applicable)
- Lead data-driven treatment decisions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care

Requirements:

- Active BCBA or BCaBA Certification
- In good standing with the BACB
- Minimum 30 hours of service availability per week
